46. Why Psychedelics are Spiritually Dangerous #newagetojesus

For two years, I sought love, a connection with God, and fulfillment through New Age spiritual practices. I used psychedelics, including Ayahuasca nine times and psilocybin (mushrooms) many times, and I know many others who have explored various psychedelics in their spiritual journeys. After coming to know Jesus, I realized that while I thought these substances were helping me heal, they were actually leading me to believe I was the god of my own life, pulling me further from the truth. In today’s episode, I share my experiences with psychedelics and explain why I chose to follow Jesus. I discuss the following questions:
