It is hard to put into words what I received from this 10-day Vipassana meditation course, but I will do my best. I feel like I have been healed from the inside. I now have this amazing technique that I can utilize every single day to keep me connected to myself and to the collective. We can not ignore pain and suffering. Whether we like it or not, they are a part of life. At the end of the day, the hard times are when we learn the most valuable lessons. I am grateful for the darkness. We have to face the darkness and feel the emotions in order to find the light.

In this episode I introduce my friend Clayton Mayo. Clayton has been doing the work to overcome his traumas for the past several years, and has been taking leaps and bounds over the last 2 years since he first drank Ayahuasca. He has shared a lot of knowledge with me so I wanted to give him the opportunity to share his story and his knowledge with all of you. He speaks about overcoming his traumas from childhood as well as from the Marines. He talks about Ayahuasca and the role that played in his healing. He also talks about semen retention and how that has skyrocketed his spiritual growth. Today I’m diving into the topic of Sacred Secretion. The more I look into this topic, the more I believe that these practices are the key to increasing our consciousness and connecting with the Divine within ourselves. These concepts have completely transformed the way I feel about sex and the role sex plays in my life. Throughout my travels I have been blessed to meet some truly amazing people. A few times, I have met people who have transformed their entire lives to answer a call from God.
